Oklin, in collaboration with Kubota Research and Development, donated food waste-derived fertilizer to support the Fuang Khajorn Organic Agricultural Community Enterprise.

On August 20, 2024, Oklin Thailand and Kubota Research and Development Asia Co., Ltd. collaborated to donate 1,500 kilograms of organic fertilizer produced from food waste processed by Oklin’s food waste disposal machines. The fertilizer was prepared at the offices of Kubota Research and Development Asia Co., Ltd. to support the organic farming efforts of the Fuang Khajorn Organic Agricultural Community Enterprise.

Oklin Thailand and Kubota Research and Development Asia Co., Ltd. have collaborated to donate 1,500 kilograms of organic fertilizer.

This fertilizer donation event marks another significant step in promoting sustainable waste management by converting daily food waste into high-quality organic fertilizer. This eco-friendly fertilizer can then be used in organic farming practices that benefit the environment.

The event began in the morning of August 20, 2024, when representatives from Oklin Thailand arrived at the offices of Kubota Research and Development Asia Co., Ltd. to collect the prepared fertilizer. Preparations were made for the fertilizer handover scheduled for the afternoon.

The team from Kubota Research and Development Asia Co., Ltd. arrived at the Fuang Khajorn farm in the afternoon, and the fertilizer donation ceremony commenced at 2:10 PM. A group photo was taken to commemorate the occasion. After the ceremony, participants were given a tour of the community enterprise’s agricultural farm and had the opportunity to taste a herbal salad made from vegetables grown in the garden.

Oklin Thailand and Kubota Research and Development Asia Co., Ltd. sincerely hope that the 1,500 kilograms of fertilizer will contribute to the agricultural development of the Fuang Khajorn Organic Agricultural Community Enterprise.
